P2-7 Drop off Groups (Blue 1,2,3) (Red 1,2,3)

ALL P2-7 students are to be signed in at 10.30am at the drop off points that are listed below. This is not a negotiable drop off time, please arrive on time so we can run the day promptly. Dancers will rehearse on stage 10.45-12pm then have have a break / packed lunch and get ready for the first show.

ALL Dancers will be signed out at the same drop off groups after the show (approx 3pm)

ALL Dancers are to be signed back in at 5pm at the same drop off groups.

Please find your dancers name to check which Blue or Red Group your dancer is in. If you can’t find your dancers name, please get in touch.

Younger students are in Yellow groups.
Please do dancer’s hair (and makeup) before dropping off.
Before dropping your dancer off, please ensure they have been to the toilet to save our chaperones an extra job.

PLEASE NAME DANCERS FINALE TSHIRT!

You can pack your dancers the following in their bags:
– Costumes
– Any socks/tights needed *see costume information page*
– Shoes needed *see costume information page*
– Black leggings, trainers & finale T-shirt for every dancer
– Hair items (bobbles, bun pins, hairspray, comb/brush, hair net)
– Snacks (No coloured liquids that could stain a costume)
– Sticker books, activity books, colouring book (NO pens! Only pencils/crayons)
– NO Ipads/phones are to brought/used backstage
