Our Shows are fast approaching… the 9th March 2025 (Matinee and Evening)
UNDER THE BIG TOP by BW Dance Works
These will be held in the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) which is in The Exchange, 150 Morrison Street, EH3 8EE.
Different students will perform in different shows. Please read below to understand which show your child will be in. All older students who are in P2+ / Level 2+ will be in both shows. Below is a list of classes and which show each class is in. Please read it carefully so you can buy tickets and plan accordingly for the correct show.
Matinee show: Dancers to be signed in at 12pm
Matinee show will start at 1pm and is scheduled to be finished by 3.15pm.
Evening show: Dancers to be signed in at 5pm
Evening show will start at 6pm and is scheduled to be finished by 8.15pm
Dancers who do both shows (P2/Level 2+) Have a rehearsal in the morning of the show 10.30-12pm.
Each show has a running time of 2 hours & 15 mins which includes a 15 minute interval.
Preschoolers and Level 1/Primary 1 Students:
Your show enrolment fee will be £20 plus costume hire (£5.50 per costume) as it is 1 show.
P2-P7 and Level 2-5 Students:
Your show enrolment fee will be £26 plus costume hire (£5.50 per costume) as it is 2 shows.
Enrolment fee covers the following:
Use of the theatre on show day
Use of backstage dressing rooms on show day
Tech and sound team for the performance
Photography day (2nd March)
Finale Show T-Shirt
Programmes for audience on show day
